Well, after several weeks on the drive under cover I was finally taken out today. I was so excited. The weather was dry if not hot but I was still excited. Will it be the coast or a nice run along the motorway to let me stretch my tyres. I was still excited even though we got on to the M25 and headed north. Well you never know we could have been on our way to Debyshire or Cumbria or even Scotland. You can imagine how gutted I was when after about 13miles I was parked up and left in a car park at Heathrow!
Now I could be wrong but the idea of having me was to have a more exciting life, go to nice places and chill out. Heathrow is not my idea of fun. Well let me tell you, I have made my feelings known and I have now been promised a weekend away the weekend after next. Devon here I come.
I don't care about the weather because I am going out to be admired. I'll have to have a wash and polish and be at my best.

Anyway I have added a picture of Sparky and Fudge at Crummock Water in the lakes last week. They had a fabulous time and even got to the top of Helvellyn. They didn't take me though!

Glad your cover is finally off Rosie! Maybe the trip to Heathrow is just to help prepare you for longer adventures.
